Fees means the monies due from Customer to ChannelAdvisor as consideration for the Services and licenses in the Agreement and all charges or fees imposed by third parties on ChannelAdvisor in connection with the Services including without limitation application programming interface (API) fees.

Examples of Fees in a sentence

  • Fees may be collected from the Customer in such manner and at such intervals as the Bank may specify.

  • Upon 10 days’ written notice from Spirent, and no more than once per calendar year, Customer shall provide Spirent with reasonable access to Customer’s premises during normal business hours to conduct an audit of Customer’s records and systems to verify compliance with this Agreement, including calculation of Fees.
