Examples of Acceptance Inspection in a sentence

  • Acceptance Inspection shall not exempt the Supplier from any liability under the applicable Individual Agreement.

  • Upon delivery of the Products, MFTBC shall check the quantity of the Products and conduct an acceptance inspection according to the method established by MFTBC (an “Acceptance Inspection”) by the date on which the Acceptance Inspection is expected to be complete set forth in the “Letter Regarding the Payment Terms” separately agreed to by the Parties (the “Expected Completion Date of Acceptance Inspection”).
