Common use of Security Clause in Contracts

Security. You shall, upon our demand: (a) immediately provide such security, or additional security, in form and value as may be required in our sole opinion sufficient to secure any of your obligations and liabilities to us under the Agreement; and (b) execute and deliver to us any security documents in form and substance satisfactory to us over any of your assets as we specify in any such demand.
