Common use of INDEMNIFICATION Clause in Contracts

INDEMNIFICATION. 赔偿 Party A shall in no way be liable for the acts or defaults of Party B. All liabilities arising from or in connection with the services shall be the responsibility of Party B and no liability of any nature shall be passed to Party A. Party B shall indemnify Party A against all losses and expenses that Party A may incur (including reasonable legal costs) due to any breach of this Agreement by Party B and / or any action or default by Party B or its employees.
