Common use of COPYRIGHT Clause in Contracts

COPYRIGHT. The Seller authorizes the Company to produce photos, illustrations, a Catalogue, or other form of video recording of, and publicity materials for, the Auction Property that he or she consigns to the Company for auction, and the Company enjoys the copyrights therein, and has the right to use the same.

COPYRIGHT. The Seller authorizes the Company to produce photos, illustrations, a Cataloguecatalogues, or other form forms of video recording ofrecording, and publicity publication materials for, the in respect of an Auction Property that he or she consigns to the Company for auction, and the Company enjoys the copyrights therein, and has the right to utilize it at any time (note: not limited to a particular auction), whether or not such use is for matters relating to the sameAuction Property or the purpose of the Company in developing the auction business. No one may copy or use any part of the abovementioned photos, illustrations, catalogues or other forms of video recording and publication materials without approval of the Company.
