Commencement of Employment; Term and Termination. This Agreement will become effective on the date hereof and the employment of Executive will commence on August 24, 2015 (the “Commencement Date”). Either party may terminate Executive’s employment at any time. However, notwithstanding the foregoing, termination of Executive’s employment shall not affect the obligations of the Company under the Agreement that arose prior to, or as a result of, such termination, including any such obligations under sections 1, 2 and 5 that create post-employment duties and rights.
