Conflict with the Trust Indenture Act. If any provision of this Supplemental Indenture limits, qualifies or conflicts with any provision of the Trust Indenture Act of 1939 (the “TIA”) that is required under the TIA to be part of and govern any provision of this Supplemental Indenture, the provision of the TIA shall control. If any provision of this Supplemental Indenture modifies or excludes any provision of the TIA that may be so modified or excluded, the provision of the TIA shall be deemed to apply to the Indenture as so modified or to be excluded by this Supplemental Indenture.
Conflict with the Trust Indenture Act. If and to the extent that any provision hereof limits, qualifies or conflicts with the duties imposed by any of Sections 310 to 318, inclusive, of the Trust Indenture Act, through operation of Section 318(c) thereof, such imposed duties shall control.
Conflict with the Trust Indenture Act. If any provision of this First Supplemental Indenture modifies or excludes any provision of the Trust Indenture Act that is required under such Act to be part of and govern this First Supplemental Indenture, the latter provision of the Trust Indenture Act shall control. If any provision hereof modifies or excludes any provision of the Trust Indenture Act that may be so modified or excluded, the latter provision of the Trust Indenture Act shall be deemed to apply to this First Supplemental Indenture, as so modified or excluded, as the case may be.
Conflict with the Trust Indenture Act. If any provision hereof limits, qualifies or conflicts with a provision of the Trust Indenture Act that is required under such Act to be part of and govern this Supplemental Indenture, the latter provision shall control.

If any provision of the Second Supplemental Indenture limits, qualifies or conflicts with any provision of the Trust Indenture Act that is required under the Trust Indenture Act to be a part of and govern any provision of this Second Supplemental Indenture, the provision of the Trust Indenture Act shall control. If any provision of this Second Supplemental Indenture modifies or excludes any provision of the Trust Indenture Act that may be so modified or excluded, the provision of the Trust Indenture Act shall be deemed to apply to the Indenture as so modified or to be excluded by this Second Supplemental Indenture, as the case may be.
Conflict with the Trust Indenture Act. If any provision of this Second Supplemental Indenture modifies or excludes any provision of the Trust Indenture Act that is required under such Act to be part of and govern this Second Supplemental Indenture, the latter provision of the Trust Indenture Act shall control. If any provision hereof modifies or excludes any provision of the Trust Indenture Act that may be so modified or excluded, the latter provision of the Trust Indenture Act shall be deemed to apply to this Second Supplemental Indenture, as so modified or excluded, as the case may be.
Conflict with the Trust Indenture Act. If any provision hereof limits, qualifies or conflicts with another provision hereof which is required or deemed to be included in this Indenture by any of the provisions of the Trust Indenture Act, such required provision shall control. If any provision of this Indenture modifies or excludes any provision of the Trust Indenture Act that may be so modified or excluded, the latter provision shall be deemed to apply to this Indenture as so modified or to be excluded, as the case may be.
Conflict with the Trust Indenture Act. If any provision of this Supplemental Indenture limits, qualifies or conflicts with any provision of the Trust Indenture Act of 1939, as amended (the “TIA”), that is required under the TIA to be a part of or govern any provision of this Supplemental Indenture, such provision of the TIA shall control. If any provision of this Supplemental Indenture modifies or excludes any provision of the TIA that may be so modified or excluded, such provision of the TIA shall be deemed to apply to the Indenture as so modified or excluded by this Supplemental Indenture, as the case may be. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the provisions of Section 314 of the TIA, if and to the extent applicable to the Company, shall apply notwithstanding the amendment of Section 4.03 of the Indenture as provided herein.

If any provision of this Fourth Supplemental Indenture limits, qualifies or conflicts with any provision of the Trust Indenture Act (the “TIA”) that is required under the TIA to be part of and govern any provision of this Fourth Supplemental Indenture, the provision of the TIA shall control. If any provision of this Fourth Supplemental Indenture modifies or excludes any provision of the Fourth Supplemental Indenture that may be so modified or excluded, the provision of the TIA shall be deemed to apply to the Indenture as so modified or to be excluded by this Fourth Supplemental Indenture, as the case may be.
