Subject. This Banking Services Agreement (BSA) sets forth the terms of the Banking products and the services as well as the parties’ mutual rights and liabilities. In this agreement, terms of several Banking products and services are set forth as a framework. Only the provisions for the product and service received shall be applicable on the Client. Provisions related to the products and services not requested by the Client shall not be applicable.
