Notice. The parties accept, acknowledge and warrant that notices to be served to their respective addresses written in this Contract shall be deemed as legal and valid notices; that in the case of address changes the new address shall be notified to the other party within 3 (three) days of such change; and that otherwise notices served to the respective addresses hereunder shall be legal and valid notices.
Notice. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, any notice required or permitted under the terms of this Agreement or required by law must be in writing and must be: (a) delivered in person, (b) sent by U.S. Postal Service, or (c) sent by overnight air courier, in each case properly posted and fully prepaid to: Legal Department, Apple School Manager, Apple Inc., 1 Infinite Loop, MS 169-5MAL, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ U.S.A., with a courtesy copy sent via e-mail through: (▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇▇▇/ business-education/contact/). Either party may change its address for notice by notifying the other party in accordance with this Section. Notices will be considered to have been given at the time of actual delivery in person, three (3) business days after deposit in the mail as set forth above, or one (1) day after delivery to an overnight air courier service. You consent to receive notices by email and agree that any such notices that Apple sends You electronically will satisfy any legal communication requirements.
