Youth and Sport Bureau. The Bureau shall have the following powers and functions: 1) Raise awareness and mobilization on the protection of the rights and interests of the youth. 2) Collect, organize and analyze detail information which depict condition of the youths; let the same to be know by concerned; 3) Ensure that youths have the opportunity to actively participate in and benefit from the economic and መሆኑን ያረጋግጣሌ፣ 4) ወጣቶች እንዯየፍሊጎቶቻቸውና እንዯ ችግሮቻ ቸው ተዯራጅተው ሇመብቶቻቸው እንዱታገ ለና ችግሮቻቸውን ማስወገዴ እንዱችለ ያበረታታሌ፣ ሁኔታዎችን ያመቻቻሌ፣ 5) ወጣቶች በሌማት፣ በመሌካም አስተዲዯርና ዳሞክራሲ ሥርዓት ግንባታ ሊይ ንቁ ተሳታፊና ተጠቃሚ እንዱሆኑ ስሌት ይቀይሳሌ፣ ዴጋፍ ይሰጣሌ፣ 6) የወጣቶች አዯረጃጀቶችን አቅም ሇማጎሌበት የሚያስችለ ጥናቶችን ያካሂዲሌ፣ ስሌጠናዎችን ይሰጣሌ፣ የስሌጠና አገሌግልት የሚሰጥበትን አሰራር ያመቻቻሌ፣ ያስተባብራሌ፣ 7) በክሌሊችን የበጎ ፈቃዴ አገሌግልት ተግባራትን ያስተባብራሌ፣ ይመራሌ፣ ጥናት ያዯርጋሌ፣ በመሊው ህብረተሰባችን ዘንዴ ባህሌ ሆኖ እንዱወጣ ጥረት ያዯርጋሌ፤ 8) ወጣቶች በስነምግባር የታነጹና አዎንታዊ አመሇካከት እንዱያጎሇብቱ የስብዕና ግንባታ ስራዎችን ይሰራሌ፣ ያስተባብራሌ፣ ከአለታዊና መጤ ባህልች እንዱጠበቁ ይሰራሌ፤ 9) የወጣቶች ማዕከሊትን በማስፋፋት ወጣቶች ተገቢውን መረጃ እንዱያገኙ፣ እምቅ ችልታቸውንና ዝንባላያቸውን እንዱያወጡበት ዴጋፍ ያዯርጋሌ፣ ይከታተሊሌ፣ ያስተባብራሌ 10) በክሌለ ሇሚንቀሳቀሱ የስፖርት ማህበራት ፈቃዴ ይሠጣሌ፣ ይሠርዛሌ፣ social activities of the region; 4) Encourages youths to organize and fight for their rights according to their needs and problems; facilitates to its success; 5) Develop strategies for the active participation and benefit of youth in development, good governance and democracy building and gives support; 6) Conducts research on capacity building of youths’ organizations, provides trainings, facilitates and coordinates the procedures of training services; 7) Coordinates, directs, and conducts volunteer service activities in our region and strives to make it a cultural practice throughout our community. 8) Work to build personality of the youths to develop moral and positive attitudes, coordinates, and protects against negative and immigrant cultures. 9) Encourages, follows up and coordinates youth access to relevant information, potential, and ambitions by expanding youth centers; 10) Grant, and revoke licenses for sports associations operating in the region; ኘሮግራማቸውን ይከታተሊሌ፣ ይቆጣጠራሌ፣ 11) የስፖርት ውዴዴሮችን እንዱዘጋጁ ያዯርጋሌ፣ ያስተባብራሌ፣ 12) በክሌለ የስፖርት ማህበራት መካከሌ፣ የሚነሱ ክርክሮችን በስፖርት ምክር ቤት እንዱዲኙ ያዯርጋሌ፣ 13) የባህሌ ስፖርት እንዱታወቅና እንዱዘወተር ያዯርጋሌ፣ 14) የስፖርት ማዘወተሪያ ሥፍራዎች እንዱዘጋጁ ያዯረጋሌ፣ የቴክኒክ ዴጋፍ ይሠጣሌ፣ 15) የስፖርት ትምህርትና ሥሌጠና እንዱስፋፋ ያዯርጋሌ፣ 16) በግሌ ሇሚቋቋሙ የስፖርት ሥሌጠና ማዕከሊት ፈቃዴ ይሰጣሌ፣ ይመዘግባሌ፣ ይሠርዛሌ፣ 17) ሇስፖርት ሌማት ዕዴገት የሚሆን የገቢ ምንጭ እንዱፈጠር የተሇያዩ ስሌቶችን ይቀይሣሌ፣ 18) ክሌሊዊ የውዴዴር እና የስፖርት ማህበራት ዯንብና መስፈርት ያዘጋጃሌ፣ 19) የስፖርት ጉዲይን በሚመሇከት መንግሥታዊ ካሌሆኑ አካሊት ጋር የሚዯረጉ ግንኙነቶችን ያስተባብራሌ፣ ...
