Technic and Vocational Education and Training Bureau የናሙና ክፍሎች
Technic and Vocational Education and Training Bureau. Bureau shall have the following powers and functions:
1) Ensure whether the activities of technique and vocational education and training programs under taken in the region is in line with the national standard;
2) Follows-up and supports the preparation and content of Technical, vocational education and training curriculam in accordance with national professional standards and local conditions;
3) Ensure service access to Technical, vocational education and training institutions and services; build the internal capacity of institutions. collect other resources for this purpose;
4) Cause to prepare, follow-up and support ሥርዓተ-ትምህርት እንዱዘጋጅ ያዯርጋሌ፣ ይከታተሊሌ፣ ይዯግፋሌ፣
5) በክሌለ የመሰረታዊ የመሇስተኛና መካከሇኛ ዯረጃ የቴክኒክና ሙያ ትምህርትና ሥሌጠና ተቋማት ያቋቁማሌ፣ ያስፋፋሌ፣ ያስተዲዴራሌ፣
6) የቴክኒክና ሙያ ትምህርትና ሥሌጠና ከክሌለ የሰሇጠነ የሰው ኃይሌ ፍሊጎት ጋር መጣጣሙን ያረጋግጣሌ፣ ጥራትና አግባብነቱን ይከታተሊሌ፣ ይቆጣጠራሌ፣ እርምጃ ይወስዲሌ፣
7) ሇቴክኒክና ሙያ ትምህርትና ሥሌጠና ኮላጆችና በዘርፉ ሇሚሰማሩ ላልች ማሰሌጠኛ ተቋማት የቅዴመ-ዕውቅናና ዕውቅና ፈቃዴ ይሰጣሌ፣ ያዴሳሌ ከዯረጃው በታች ሆነው ሲገኙ ፈቃዲቸውን ይሰርዛሌ፣
8) የትምህርትና ሥሌጠና የሙያ ብቃት ማረጋገጫ ሥርዓት ያዘጋጃሌ፣ተፈፃሚነቱን ይከታተሊሌ፣ ይቆጣጠራሌ፣
9) የቴክኒክና ሙያ ትምህርትና ሥሌጠና ማዕከሊት የቴክኖልጂ የዕውቀትና ክህልት ሽግግር ማዕከሊት እንዱሆኑ አስፈሊጊውን ዴጋፍና ክትትሌ ያዯርጋሌ፣
10) ቴክኒክና ሙያ ትምህርትና ሥሌጠና ዘርፍ የግሌ ባሇሀብቶችና መንግስታዊ ያሌሆኑ ዴርጅቶች የሚሳተፉበትን ሁኔታ ያመቻቻሌ፣ ያበረታታሌ፣ አስፈሊጊውን ዴጋፍ ይሰጣሌ፣ standardized basic, small and medium technical and vocational education and training curriculam;
5) Establish, expand, and administer basic, junior, and medium level technique and vocational education and training institution in the region;
6) Esure the compatibility of technique and vocational education and training with the region’s demand of trained human power, follow up and supervise the quality and appropriateness thereof and take measures when necessary;
7) Grant pre-accreditation and accreditation license to those who engage in technique and vocational education and training colleges and other training institutions in the sector, renew their license and cancel when they finds below the standards;
8) Prepare procedure of professional competence assurance to education and training, follow up and supervise the implementation;
9) Support and follow up the technique and vocational education and training centers to be transformation center for technology, knowledge and skill;
10) Facilitate, encourage and offer the applicable support to private investors and non-governmental organization to engage in technique and vocational
