Repealed Laws. 1) Definitions of Powers and Functions of the Executive Organs of the South Nations, Nationalities and Peoples' Region State Revised Proclamation No. 192/2022 is repealed by this Proclamation. 2) No Regulations, Dircetives or practices shall, in so far as they are inconsistent with this Proclamation, have force or effect with respect to matters provided for by this Proclamation.
