Other Executive Offices. 1) Other executive bodies of the regional government, which are not covered by this proclamation, shall continue to function in accordance with their establishment laws; 2) Without prejudice the provisions of sub- article 1 of this article, the organization, powers and functions of the previously established executive bodies shall be determined as may be necessary in accordance with the regulations issued by the administrative council.
