Originating-definition

Originating. Party means the Party, includ- ing any public or private entities under its juris- diction, which releases Classified Information to the Receiving Party.

Examples of Originating in a sentence

  • Translations shall contain a suitable anno- tation in the language in which they have been translated, indicating that they contain Classi- fied Information of the Originating Party.

  • Information released from the Originating Party to the Receiving Party shall be marked with the appropriate security classi- fication markings according to the national laws and regulations of the Originating Party, and denoted with country of origin.

  • Information marked with the se- curity classification marking “KVALIFICER- AT HEMLIG”/“Особливої важливості” shall not be translated or reproduced without the pri- or written consent of the Originating Party.

  • Information marked with the se- curity classification marking “KVALIFICER- AT HEMLIG”/“Особливої важливості” shall not be destroyed without the prior written con- sent of the Originating Party.

  • Prior to the release of Classified Informa- tion received from the Originating Party to a Contractor or possible Contractor, the Receiv- ing Party shall ensure that the Contractor or possible Contractor and their facility have the capability to protect Classified Information and hold an appropriate Facility Security Clearance (FSC).

  • It shall be returned to the Originating Party after it is no longer con- sidered necessary by the Receiving Party.
