Common use of Lawfully processing Clause in Contracts

Lawfully processing. (a) Customer warrants that any personal data provided directly by Customer or by Data Subjects at the instigation of Customer may be lawfully processed by Service Provider, Local Subsidiaries and Service Partners for the purposes of this Agreement. (b) Customer shall not use this personal data for monitoring the behaviour or the performance of Data Subjects, unless and only to the extent permitted by mandatory laws, collective agreements or employment contracts.
