General. As a law firm, we provide advice, and support clients in legal matters. Harvest is fully compliant with applicable regulations and the Swedish Bar Association's statutes. Within the scope of our business, we process personal data with regard to clients, prospective clients, suppliers/business partners, job applicants, as well as for marketing purposes. Information on our responsibility for the processing of personal data within the scope and function of the abovementioned areas is outlined in Sections 3.2–3.12 below. Information on the joint processing of personal data by Passacon AB and ourselves regarding the GDPR Excellence program is set out in Appendix 1.
