Assignment. The Bank shall have the right to assign its rights and/or obligations in relation to the Agreement to a third party without the necessity of obtaining your consent, provided that You shall be notified of such assignment. You shall not assign your rights and/or obligations under the Agreement without the consent of the Bank.
Assignment. 15.1. Ferratum shall have the right to assign its rights and obligations in relation to the Credit Agreement to a third party, provided that you shall be notified of such assignment by Ferratum. You shall not be entitled to assign your rights and obligations in relation to the Credit Agreement to a third party without Ferratum’s consent in writing. This provision shall survive the termination of the Credit Agreement.
Assignment. Customer will not assign or transfer this Agreement or its rights and obligations hereunder to any third party without the prior written consent of Qlik. For purposes of this Section, any change of control of Customer, whether by merger, sale of equity interests or otherwise, will constitute an assignment requiring the prior written consent of Qlik. Any attempt by Customer to assign this Agreement or its rights and obligations hereunder in violation of this Section will be null and void. Qlik is free to assign or transfer any or all of its rights or obligations under this Agreement at its discretion. All terms of this Agreement will be binding upon, inure to the benefit of, and be enforceable by and against the respective successors and permitted assigns of Qlik and Customer.
Assignment. Customer is not entitled to assign any of the rights and obligations of this Agreement without prior written approval by Service Provider unless the corresponding claim is a monetary claim.
Assignment. By this Agreement, the Author assigns the Organization, or the one the Organization puts in its stead, the right to independently manage the copyright of the Author’s published works, for all uses not included in contracts the Author met for the first publication, the so-called primary contract. For stage works, the Agreement applies to live performances, film- and television production rights not included in the primary contracts. The Author undertakes that in such primary contracts only grant rights in the manner and to the extent prescribed in the prevailing framework agreements or similar signed by any of the professional organizations for the field in question. The organizations’ recommendations are in lieu of framework agreements, in the absence of such agreements. This Agreement shall not prevent the Author to actively promote the use of his or her own works. If the Author after contact with a user prefers a certain use to take place, the Organization must offer a usage agreement to this effect.
Assignment. This policy and any rights under it cannot be assigned without the written consent of the Insurer.
Assignment. This Agreement may not be assigned, nor may any of Your obligations under this Agreement be delegated, in whole or in part, by You by operation of law, merger, or any other means without Apple’s express prior written consent and any attempted assignment without such consent will be null and void.
