Definicija Procurement Plan

Procurement Plan means the Borrower’s procurement plan for the Project, dated January 23, 2014 and referred to in paragraph 1.25 of the Consultant Guidelines, as the same shall be updated from time to time in accordance with the provisions of said paragraph.
Procurement Plan has the meaning ascribed to it in the Procurement Guidelines. “Progress Report” has the meaning specified under Sub-clause 6.1(a). “Prohibited Practices” has the meaning specified under Sub-clause 5.8(c).
Procurement Plan means a plan in respect of the procurement of goods, works and services for the purposes of the Project dated 30 May 2023 and agreed by the Borrower and the Bank, as such plan may be amended from time to time subject to no-objection from the Bank.
