Common use of Purpose Clause in Contracts

Purpose. The Borrower shall apply all amounts borrowed by it under the Facility to finance eighty-five per cent. (85%) of the Commercial Contract Price, being an amount of EUR 183,941,730.60; provided that the aggregate amount so financed for all such purposes shall not exceed the Total Commitments.
