Common use of Effective Date Clause in Contracts

Effective Date. This Loan Agreement shall become effective on the date on which the Lender has received all of the following conditions precedent in form and substance satisfactory to the Lender: 3.1.1 four (4) originals of this Loan Agreement, duly signed by the authorized representatives of all parties to this Loan Agreement;
