Common use of Binding obligations Clause in Contracts

Binding obligations. (a) The obligations expressed to be assumed by it in this Guarantee are legal, valid, binding and enforceable obligations. (b) The Guarantor confirms that it is acting for its own account and not for the account of an economic beneficiary (wirtschaftlich Berechtigter) within the meaning of Section 3, Paragraph 1, Sentence 1, Number 2, Paragraph 4 of the German Money Laundering Act or any other person.
