02. ංසු ලියවිලි කිසිඳු අයකිරිෙකින් දතොරල දෙෙ දදඳළර්තදේන්තුදේ ගිණුේ අංදේදී ඳරීක්ළ කෂ ශෆකිය. ංසු සුරක්ණය “රජදේ පිළිගේ ෙෆංකුලකින්” දින 60 කg ලංගු කළසීෙළලක් වශළ ෙළ දිය ශෆකිය. නෆතිනේ, අඳ කළර්යළය දලත ඳෆමිණ මුදලින් වරප් දලත දගවීේ ක ශෆකිය. වරප් දලත දගවීෙන් අනතුරුල ෙළගන්නළ රිසිට්ඳදතහි ඡළයළ පිgඳතක් අයදුේඳත්‍රයg අමුණළ එවිය යුතුය. දේ වශළ දෙක්ඳේ භළරගනු දනොෆදේ. දෙකී තෆන්ඳේ ල ඡළයළ පිgඳේ එලළ දනොෙෆති සියලුෙ අයදුේඳේ ප්රතික්දේඳ කරනු ෆදේ. ප්‍රවේඳළදන කමිටුදේ තීරණය අලවළන තීරණය දේ.

ෙශළ කලර දදක එක කලරයක් තුෂ ෙශළ මුද්‍රළ තෙළ 2022/11/21දින දඳ.ල. 11.00 g දඳර වභළඳති, ප්‍රවේඳළදන කමිටුල, වමුඳකළර වංලර්ධන දදඳළර්තදේන්තුල, දනො.330, යනියන් දඳදදව, දකොෂඹ 02 යන ලිපිනයg ලියළඳදිංචි තෆඳදන් එවිය යුතුය. දනොඑදවේනේ මුද්‍රළ තෆ@ මි ගණන් වමුඳකළර වංලර්ධන දදඳළර්තදේන්තුදේ ගිණුේ අංදේ දති ංසු දඳට්ටිදේ තෆන්ඳේ කෂයුතු දේ. ංසු

02. In consideration of the payments to be made by the Employer to the Contractor as Indicated in this Agreement, the Contractor hereby convents with the Employer to execute and complete the works and remedy any defects therein, in conformity in all respects with the provisions of the Contract.
03. The Employer hereby covenants to pay the Contractor in consideration of the execute and completion of the Works and remedy any defects therein, the Contract price of such other sum as may become payable under the provision of the Contract at the time and in the manner prescribed by the Contract.
04. The Contractor hereby covenants with the Employer to protect all archeological items therein, also the contractor should present the progress when the Employer’s request.
IN WITNESS whereof the parties thereto have caused this Agreement to be executed the day and year first before written in accordance with laws of Sri Lanka.
