Payment Article 25: Fees and other charges payment. Payment of fees and other charges provided by this Order shall be made in banks or in any financial institution determined by the decentralised entity. However, in view of making things easier for fee payers, the Council of the decentralized entity may provide for alternative payment, but this method of payment must always end in depositing the sum collected in the bank account of the decentralized entity in which fees and other charges are deposited.
