OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT. I.1. This contract sets out the roles and responsibilities of the appointed CN Board members in the framework of the CULTURE NEXT project financed by EACEA, project reference 101054222 — CN — CREA-CULT-2021-NET, as well as the financial terms of the cooperation. I.2. The CN Strategy Board members will draft extensive proposals on how the network work is designed and conducted: concept papers and strategic planning documents, membership documents and board regulations, ethical principles and external relations statement papers. The CN Strategy Board members will actively participate in the management process of developing and implementing Culture Next project. I.3. The Culture Next Board members will have the following roles and responsibilities within the project: ● The CN Strategy Board members will participate in the decision-making processes of the project; ● The CN Strategy Board members meet periodically online and in person (weekly if needed, at least once per month, and ad-hoc when necessary) in order to plan, evaluate and take decision regarding the network activities, strategies and projects; ● The CN Strategy Board members actively participate in the development of the rules and regulations in the network (i.e. membership, programme, project planning, process organising etc.) and take them to the members plenary for revision and approval; ● The CN Strategy Board members attend the conferences and meetings of the project, active participation in setting up the agenda, developing the network and representing the network. ● The CN Strategy Board members make executive decisions if the procedures agreed in the plenary allow them. ● The CN Strategy Board members take an active role in representing the network in external contexts; ● The CN Strategy Board members draft position papers for the network and present them in different external and internal contexts; ● Consiliul Strategic al CN va desemna un membru pentru rolul de responsabil cu problemele transversale, care va fi responsabil cu evaluarea strategiei proiectului pentru abordarea acestor probleme, oferind un set de recomandări (evaluare internă). ● Membrii Consiliului CN au dreptul de a solicita rambursarea cheltuielilor de masă și cazare pentru aceste întâlniri pe baza procedurilor de decont furnizate de Centrul Cultural Cluj. ● The CN Strategy Board will appoint a member for the role of the officer concerning cross- cutting issues that will be responsible for the evaluation of the project's ...
OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT. 1.1. In accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement and the General Terms and Conditions for Services (hereinafter - T&C), the Service Provider will ensure the recovery of fees for Customer and related services, ie will draft the necessary documents for recovery of fees paid by Customer in the Kingdom United Kingdom, Ireland, the Netherlands, Germany, Norway, Austria, Denmark or other jurisdiction and will forward them to the appropriate tax authorities or other competent institutions ("Services") and the Customer will accept and pay for such Services in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Contract.
