SHARED SERVICES. The Employer shall continue to provide the following services as shared services: Power Plant, Facilities, Public Safety, and Receiving to University of Massachusetts-Memorial Healthcare Corporation, Inc. or any successor entity and therefore, shall not offer its written consent to a request for a Shared Service Termination Election as that term is defined in the applicable section of the Definitive Agreement. The Employer and the Union further agree that the provisions of this Article shall remain in effect until June 30, 2004.
