Precautions. Access to Somfy Services for remote-controlled Home Automation Systems is granted subject to a User Login being set up and entered. These Login details are personal and confidential. For security reasons, ▇▇▇▇▇ advises the User to change his Login details regularly and to take care not to communicate them to third parties outside his private circle. Any other use of them is strongly advised against by ▇▇▇▇▇. Except if the fault is proven to be SOMFY's, the Administrator has sole responsibility for their use, including by any others Users. SOMFY does not have the technical means of checking of the identities of people using the Somfy Services for remote-controlled Home Automation Systems, via Smartphone or touchpad, which can be used to control the connected equipments of the User. It is up to the User to implement additional restrictions on access to his Smartphone applications or its touch pad (configuration of a password on the smartphone or touch pad according to technical functionalities of the used model). In case of loss or theft of a smartphone or the touchpad, or if the User fears that his login details is used fraudulently, SOMFY recommends that the User changes immediately his login details. The User can modify himself his Login details following instructions provided in product manuals dedicated for each Somfy Services for remote-controlled HA Systems. In case of difficulty, the User must immediately notify it to Somfy Customers Services (contact details in clsues 11, “Support/Contact us”). Somfy Customers Services may assist him to reset login details or it may inform the User regarding the relevant process.
