Instructions. Please provide complete answers to and information regarding all the questions below. For any answer requiring more space than that which is provided, please attach the complete answer in a separate sheet of paper. Please attach all requested additional documents to this completed and ▇▇▇▇▇ signed response. This Customer Data Sheet must bear the hand written signature of the duly authorized signatory/signatories. No digital or electronic signatures will be accepted. The Compliance Office shall treat the information provided to it as a result of this Customer Data Sheet as strictly confidential and shall process the information provided in accordance with applicable laws (in particular data protection laws). Compliance Office maintains appropriate and sufficient technical and organizational measures to protect the information from accidental loss, destruction, damage, alteration, unauthorized disclosure or access.
Instructions. Upon conclusion of the contract, the Freight Forwarder must follow all instructions regarding the cargo, unless carrying out such instructions poses disadvantages to his business or damages to consignments of other Principals or Consignees. If the Freight Forwarder intends not to follow an instruction, then the Freight Forwarder shall inform the instructor immediately.

Instructions. (a) Unless a contrary indication appears in a Subordinated Loan:
(i) the Security Agent shall exercise or refrain from exercising any right, power, authority or discretion vested in it as Security Agent (as applicable) in accordance with any instructions given to it by the Subordinated Creditors;
(ii) the Security Agent shall not be liable for any act (or omission) if it acts (or refrains from acting) in accordance with paragraph (i) above (or, if this Agreement stipulates the matter is a decision for any other Subordinated Party, from that Subordinated Party).
(iii) All instructions given by any Subordinated Creditor are binding in relation to all Subordinated Liabilities.
(b) The Security Agent (as applicable) may:
(i) refrain from acting in accordance with any instructions of any Subordinated Creditor until it has received any indemnification and/or security that it may in its discretion require (which may be greater in extent than that contained in the Subordinated Liabilities and which may include payment in advance) for any cost, loss or liability (together with any applicable VAT) which it may incur in complying with those instructions;
(ii) ask the Subordinated Creditors for instructions; and
(iii) in the absence of instructions, act (or refrain from acting) as it considers to be in the best interest of (in the case of the Agent) the Subordinated Creditors.
(c) The Security Agent may assume (unless it has received notice to the contrary in its capacity as agent or security trustee for Subordinated Creditors) that:
(i) no Default has occurred (unless in the case of the Agent, it has actual knowledge of a Default arising under the Subordinated Liabilities); and
(ii) any right, power, authority or discretion vested in Subordinated Creditor
(d) The Security Agent may
(i) engage and pay for the advice or services of any lawyers, accountants,
(ii) act in relation to the Subordinated Liabilities through its officers, employees and agents.
(e) Notwithstanding any other provision of any Subordinated Liability to the contrary, the Security Agent is not obliged to do or omit to do anything if it would, or might in

Instructions. (a) The data exporter has informed the data importer that it acts as processor under the instructions of its controller(s), which the data exporter shall make available to the data importer prior to processing.
(b) The data importer shall process the personal data only on documented instructions from the controller, as communicated to the data importer by the data exporter, and any additional documented instructions from the data exporter. Such additional instructions shall not conflict with the instructions from the controller. The controller or data exporter may give further documented instructions regarding the data processing throughout the duration of the contract.
(c) The data importer shall immediately inform the data exporter if it is unable to follow those instructions. Where the data importer is unable to follow the instructions from the controller, the data exporter shall immediately notify the controller.
(d) The data exporter warrants that it has imposed the same data protection obligations on the data importer as set out in the contract or other legal act under Union or Member State law between the controller and the data exporter.
