Further cooperation. 6.1. In addition to the development and production of the Dice and Dice Machine and the LED Machines, Lemnis and OTB wish to cooperate with respect to the further development of greenhouse and public lighting. OTB invoices its work in this respect to Lemnis at and hourly rate of € 90,- (excluding VAT). However, in case ▇▇▇▇▇▇ hires OTB with respect to work for the account of third parties, OTB will invoices its work done at an hourly rate exceeding € 90,- (excluding VAT) to Lemnis, or directly to the third party. In that case ▇▇▇▇▇▇ will then invoice OTB for the difference between these amounts, which will be settled through the running account (rekening-courant) between Lemnis and OTB. 6.2. Upon receipt of the LED Machine, Lemnis shall produce LED Light Sources for its own use and for exploitation thereof.
