Data Protection Legislation means any applicable law relating to the Processing, privacy, and use of Personal Data including, without limitation: (i) EU Council Directives 95/46/EC and 2002/58/EC; (ii) the GDPR; (iii) any corresponding or equivalent national laws or regulations.
