TERM. The Licensor hereby permits the Licensee to enter upon and use the “said premises” in the said warehousing complex for storage of all its products and the Licensee hereby agrees to use the same for following terms of period of 11 Months from to . 1st Term 11 __ __ 2nd Term 11 __ __ 3rd Term 11 Subject to the terms and conditions and covenants as hereinafter contained PROVIDED THAT this agreement shall initially be for a period of 11 months commencing from the said date with automatic renewal immediately thereafter for the next term of 11 months each subject to the increase 7.5% of license fee as provided in the clause 8(a) of this agreement.
