Bilance naudas līdzekļu atlikums Personiskajā kontā. “Nosūtītāja vārds” – nosacīts apzīmējums, kas sastāv no burtiem un/vai cipariem, tiek parādīts Ziņas laukā “Nosūtītājs”. “Informācijas kanāls” – trešo personu programmatūras un tehnisko līdzekļu komplekss, kuras IZPILDĪTĀJS piesaista šī Līguma (Ofertes) izpildei. Norādītie līdzekļi ļauj īstenot Ziņu nosūtīšanu un piegādi Lietotājiem, izmantojot Sistēmu. Informācijas kanāli tiek saskaņoti attiecīgos šī Līguma Pielikumos. “Personiskais konts” – PASŪTĪTĀJA konts IZPILDĪTĀJA sistēmā, kas uzskaita PASŪTĪTĀJA naudas līdzekļus IZPILDĪTĀJA pakalpojumu apmaksai šī Līguma ietvaros. Personiskā konta papildināšanu veic PASŪTĪTĀJS, pārskaitot naudas līdzekļus IZPILDĪTĀJA norēķinu kontā. “Pārskata periods” – viens kalendārais mēnesis. “Konfidencialitātes politika” – PASŪTĪTĀJAM un IZPILDĪTĀJAM izpildei saistošs dokuments, kas nosaka darba kārtību ar konfidenciālu informāciju un izvietots adresē ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇/. “Lietotājs” – fiziska vai juridiska persona, kas piekritusi saņemt Ziņas no PASŪTĪTĀJA caur Informācijas kanālu. 1. TERMS AND DEFINITIONS 1.1. For the purposes hereof the following terms shall have the following meanings: Advanced Payment – an amount wired by the CUSTOMER to the CONTRACTOR’s settlement account and recognized on the Personal Account as a Balance within 3 (three) business days following their receipt on the settlement account. If the CUSTOMER fails to use the Advanced Payment before the Reported Period expires, the Advanced Payment shall pass to the following Reported Period. Account – an account placed in the Internet at the web address ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ and containing details of the CUSTOMER shared by the same with the computer system. Upon Acceptance of the Contract (Offer) the CUSTOMER shall be deemed to have reviewed and understood the terms and conditions of the Contract (Offer), and have entered therein with the CONTRACTOR. Balance – funds remaining on the Personal Account. Recipient’s Name – an identifier made of letters and/or numbers appearing in the Recipient field of a Message.
