Personal data processing. 17.1. Participant agrees that the Organizer as the personal data protection administrator and the personal data operator processes and transfers to third parties the personal data of the Participant and the Participant's representatives with aim to ensure the implementation of the Application-Agreement and its attachments, to ensure the performance of services and additional services, to ensure performance of the Exhibition, to exercise rights and obligations arising from the normative acts. 17.2. Participant agrees that, by submitting the Application-Agreementt, in the event of non-performance of obligations, without separately informing, the Organizer has the right to transfer the Participant's debt collection to a third party, as well as to transfer the Participant's data to a third party for debt collection purposes. 17.3. Participant agrees that the Organizer processes the personal data of the Participant and the Participant's representatives, after the end of the Exhibition in order to – improve the services provided by the Organizer, send notifications to the Participant and the Participant’s representatives and make offers, including offers to participate in other exhibitions and events organized by the Organizer. 17.4. Organizer processes the Participant’s data for as long as is necessary to achieve the objectives of the Participant's data processing or of the obligations arising from the normative acts. 17.5. Participant shall immediately inform the Organizer of all changes in the personal data of the Participant and its representatives, including changes in the Participant's contact information. 17.6. Additional information on personal data processing is available at the Organizer on request.
