Common use of DEFINITIONS Clause in Contracts

DEFINITIONS. 1.1. The concepts used in these General Terms are defined as presented below. Other definitions of the concepts used are presented in the Contract for Usage, the Application or the Proposal and are applicable in these General Terms mutatis mutandis. The concepts defined in LCC have the same meanings in the General Terms unless clearly stipulated otherwise herein.
