DEFINITIONS. 2.1. For the purposes of these Terms, the following terms shall have the meanings set out in this paragraph: 2.1.1. Working hours means Monday to Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 3:15 p.m., except for Public Holidays; 2.1.2. DLC means UAB Duomenų logistikos centras, a private limited liability company established and operating in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, legal entity code: 302527488, VAT identification number: LT100005528012, registered office address: A. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ str. 13, Vilnius, Lithuania; 2.1.3. DLC Terminal Equipment means the equipment belonging to the DLC installed at the place of installation of the Service; 2.1.4. Terminal Devices means the devices enabling the reception and/or transmission of information, or the relevant parts thereof, and other electronic communications equipment of the Customer and/or the End Users, connected to the input and/or to the DLC Terminal Equipment; 2.1.5. Terminal Equipment Line means the part of the electrical communications network belonging to the Customer and/or the End User and/or third parties, other than the DLC Terminal Equipment, which connects the Port to the Customer's and/or End User's Terminal Devices; 2.1.6. End Users means the Customer’s clients to whom the Customer resells the ordered Service; 2.1.7. Failure means any unplanned event resulting in an interruption of the Service or a reduction in the quality of the Service; 2.1.8. Customer means a natural or legal person or other organisation that uses the Service(s) provided by DLC under the Contract for its own business purposes; 2.1.9. DLC’s Representative means an authorized representative of DLC who is authorized to do configuration works on DLC Terminal Equipment at the Customer's premises, at the time of provision of the Service(s), has the right to carry out maintenance of the hardware, troubleshoot and physically access the DLC
