Common use of DEFINITIONS Clause in Contracts

DEFINITIONS. Interpreting the conditions of this Contract, singular also means plural and vice versa. Words have their normal meaning under the language of the Contract unless specifically defined. In this Contract, the following terms shall be interpreted as indicated: 2.1. “The Contract” means the agreement between the Buyer and the Supplier, as stated in this Contract signed by both Parties, including all annexes and appendices thereto and all documents incorporated by reference therein. 2.2. “The Contract Price” means the price set in item 3.1 of this Contract. 2.3. “The Buyer” means a legal entity in which favor the Equipment should be provided and to whom the Equipment should be delivered. 2.4. “The Supplier” means a legal entity providing the Equipment under this Contract.
