Development. 라이선스는 다음을 의미한다. i. 주문에 EMB‐IES 로 명시된 Embedded 소프트웨어 제품의 경우, 이동식 기기 또는 그 테스트 버전으로 통합하거나 상업적으로 배포하지 않으면서, 테스트를 수행하고자 Embedded 소프트웨어 소스 코드를 링크 가능한 목적 코드 및/또는 실행 가능한 코드로 구성, 컴파일 및 조합하려는 고객의 내부 목적으로 수권 사용할 경우, 하드웨어 시스템에 설치하기 위해 Embedded 소프트웨어의 링크 가능한 목적 코드를 내장할 수 있는 비독점적이고 양도 불가능한 권리 ii. 주문에 EMB‐EPS 로 명시된 Embedded 소프트웨어 제품의 경우, 해당 수권 사용에 한하여, Embedded 소프트웨어가 실행 가능한 코드 형태로 고객 제품에 구성, 디버그, 컴파일, 조합, 링크되고 내장되도록 하기 위해 Embedded 소프트웨어를 사용, 테스트, 시연, 수정 및 복제할 수 있는, 비독점적이며 양도 불가능한 권리
