Common use of VARIATIONS Clause in Contracts

VARIATIONS. Should ROI GROUP S.r.l. deem for incontestable reasons that the course cannot take place on the dates and places indicated, it vouches to inform the Participants of the fact, Participants not being entitled to any indemnity and/or compensation, and to communicate in writing the new dates and/or locations where the training will be held. Within fourteen (14) days from the receipt of the communication, if the Participant is unable to attend the course on the new dates and/or locations, may request to attend another course organized by ROI GROUP within the following twelve (12) months as a substitute, otherwise the sum will transfer permanently to the company. Alternatively, participation in the alternative course will be confirmed on the new dates and/or at the new locations indicated. If the speakers booked to deliver the courses are unable to do so, ROI GROUP Srl reserves the right to replace them with others deemed, at its sole discretion, suitable to deliver the respective courses, without Participants having the right to complain or register claims of any kind or to use the change of speaker as justification for withdrawal from the course(s). Finally, ROI GROUP may decide to hold the course(s) by streaming if, for reasons of force majeure, restrictions on freedom of movement or assembly, or situations that may cause public health problems, it is not appropriate to hold the course(s) as previously planned. In such a case, if the Participant does not wish to attend in this way, may request, within fourteen (14) days of being informed by ROI GROUP, to attend another course organized by ROI GROUP within the following twelve (12) months. Failure to do so will be considered as confirmation of participation in the course/event. Under no circumstances will the Participant be entitled to any indemnity/compensation.

Otherwise, their attendance at the seminar on the new dates and/or locations, may request to attend another course organized by ROI GROUP within the following twelve (12) months as a substitute, otherwise the sum will transfer permanently to the company. Alternatively, participation in the alternative course locations will be confirmed on the new dates and/or at the new locations indicatedconsidered confirmed. If In case the speakers booked scheduled to deliver hold the courses seminars are unable to do soattend, ROI GROUP Srl S.r.l. reserves the right to replace them with others deemedwho, at in its sole discretion, are suitable to deliver hold the respective courses, without Participants having the right participants being able to complain raise objections or register claims of make any kind or to use the change of speaker as justification for withdrawal claims, nor withdraw from the course(s)courses for this reason.
