SPECIFICATIONS. 2.1 All goods supplied by the Seller shall be in accordance with the specifications or descriptions (if any) expressly listed or set out on the face of the Contract. No other specification, descrip- tive material, written or oral representation, correspondence or statement, promotional or sales literature shall form part of or be incorporated by reference into the Contract.
SPECIFICATIONS. The specifications of Products set forth in sales literature are not guaranteed unless certified in writing by Quanterix. Quanterix reserves the right to make changes to the specifications of any Product delivered under the Agreement from time to time, at Quanterix’s discretion.
SPECIFICATIONS. Unless otherwise specified, all work shall be performed in complete accordance with the New Jersey Department of Transportation Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction, 2019 Edition (English Units), or most recent revision, and as amended herein by the State Supplementary Specifications. Work shall also be in accordance with Municipal codes, ordinances and State and Federal laws that are applicable to the project. The Contractor shall include all costs necessary to properly perform this work for the Unit Price Items of the Proposal as described.
