Common use of Severability Clause in Contracts

Severability. If any provision(s) of this Agreement should be illegal or unenforceable in any respect, the legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions contained in it shall not be affected and the Parties shall make a good faith effort to replace any invalid or unenforceable provision with a valid and enforceable one such that the objectives contemplated by the Parties when entering this Agreement may be maintained.

Severability. If any provision(s) provision of this Agreement should be shall become illegal or unenforceable in whole or in part for any respectreason whatsoever, the legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions contained in it of the Agreement shall not nevertheless be affected deemed valid, binding, and enforceable and the Parties unenforceable provision(s) shall make be deemed modified to the limited extent required to permit its enforcement in a good faith effort to replace any invalid or unenforceable provision with a valid and enforceable one such that manner most closely approximating the objectives contemplated by intention of the Parties when entering this Agreement may be maintainedas expressed herein.
