SEVERABILITY CLAUSE. In the event that any clause of these Terms and Conditions or other elements of the Contract should be or become invalid this shall not affect the validity of the remaining clauses.
SEVERABILITY CLAUSE. If one or several of the provisions to these Terms and Conditions are invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, then this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
SEVERABILITY CLAUSE. In the event one or more clauses of these GTC (or parts thereof) are found to be legally invalid, they shall be replaced by valid provisions that reflect the intended economic effect as closely as possible. All other provisions shall remain unchanged.
SEVERABILITY CLAUSE. If individual provisions of these terms and conditions should be void or invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. In place of any provisions which are invalid or not incorporated into the contract primarily the statutory provisions shall apply. In all other cases, the Parties shall agree a valid provision to replace the invalid or unenforceable provision which reflects as closely as possible the original economic purpose, provided a supplementary interpretation of the contract does not have precedence or is not possible. SEVERABILITY CLAUSE. Should any provision of these GTC be invalid or unenforceable or should these GTC contain a gap, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. In place of the invalid provision or to fill the gap, a provision shall apply that comes closest to the economic purpose of these GTC.
SEVERABILITY CLAUSE. The invalidity of individual provisions shall not affect the validity of the remaining General Terms and Conditions.
