REPAIRS. The goods to repair must be returned to Fadini suitably packaged and free of transport costs. Fadini can repair or replace the products judged as faulty following ▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ unquestionable assessment. The costs of repairing, parts replacing, labour and transport back to sender are included in the invoice for the customer’s account. All of the returned products that have been replaced remain Fadini property, and no compensation for direct or indirect damage can be claimed.
REPAIRS. All defects identified during testing shall be repaired. Components affected by the defects shall be tested following repair. The procedure shall be repeated until the function of the system is demonstrated to be in accordance with the monitoring requirements, and approval is provided by the designer. All defects identified and repaired shall be formally recorded as part of the quality control documents.
