POSITIONING Clausole campione

POSITIONING. Incorrect positioning can cause damage to the appliance and generate hazardous conditions for personnel. The installer must the- refore observe the following general regulations: - make sure you maintain a minimum of 3 cm from the walls - the room must be well ventilated - keep well away from sources of heat - avoid direct sunlight Specific positioning procedures - remove packing material (polyethylene, cardboard box, crate, cage) Wood basement removal: lean the appliance sideways and unscrew the two self-tapping screws (fig.2); drag the appliance from the back side keeping the basement steady till the 4 feet come out from their suitable housings; lean the unit slightly backwards and remove the basement from the front side. - position the appliance with the help of a spirit level. Adjust the leveling feet on the metal base of the unit if necessary (Fig.3) - remove the protective PVC film from the external surfaces of the unit - position the shelf runners in the holes in the uprights (Fig.4) - insert the food shelves in the runners - insert the condensate collection tray in the relevant runners located beneath the unit
POSITIONING. Before to unload/download and positioning the Oven inside the shop/kitchen, you are kindly invi- ted to read carefully this instruction manual especially the chapters regarding: unloading/loading, dimen- sions, weight, evaporating water basin, adjustable feet, electric connections and maintenance procedures.

POSITIONING. The steam distributor may be fitted to the top of the humidifier (Fig. 5.1.1) or alternatively positioned separately (Fig. 5.1.2) and connected to the humidifier by a steam pipe ordered separately (see Table. 3.2.1). In both cases, the following rules should be regarded: a) the path of the steam pipe must exploit gravity to drain the condensed steam back to the humidifier; pockets or traps must also be avoided, as the condensate may accumulate there, and the pipe must not be choked due to sharp bends or twisting; b) the length of the steam pipe from the humidifier to the distributor must be less than 4 metres; Figs. 5.1.1 and 5.1.2 indicate the minimum recommended distances to prevent the humidified air flow from coming into direct contact with people, electrical equipment, false ceilings and cold surfaces before the steam has been completely absorbed by the environment. POSITIONING. When choosing installation area take care that : - Install system in place where children cannot reach it as it could be dangerous. Be sure that everything is fixed as per Manual instructions. - take care that no parts with high temperature are at reach of people, animal or object which could be affected by high temperature. Solar collector must be placed in area where in case of breakage there could be no harm to people or things.
POSITIONING. Before starting any installation procedures check that the product was not damaged during transport or storage on site. The methods for fitting the product are, in each specific case, determined by the customer’s requirements. For the pump were the lever is removable, the customer must assess the need to guarantee that the lever is always available, taking all necessary measures, for example, fixing it directly to the product or providing a suitable housing near to the same. It must be remembered that in emergency situations, the only way to use the hydraulic system is using the pump lever. All installation operations must be conducted by skilled personnel and in all cases in compliance with the instructions contained in this manual. Connect the fixing holes of the pump and/or valve and/or other products to the devices to be moved. The fixing must be sized taking into account the loading, fatigue and ageing phenomena for a number of operative cycles appropriate for the foreseen useful life and under the specific operating conditions of the application. Be carefully to assemble the pump to the oil tank, do not torque over the max force indicated in the Technical catalogue. In relation to the positioning of the product and potential danger of accidental activation of the pressure release device (where available) adequate protective measures must be taken. Always ensure that the positioning of the product allows access for: - Normal operational manoeuvres, - Mounting and demounting, - Maintenance. It is forbidden to put the product into operation without having anchored it in position with suitable fixtures. If it is necessary to operate under the parts maintained in a raised position by the product, the restraint guaranteed by the hydraulic system is not sufficient for safety of exposed operator/s. It is obligatory in case of dangerous for persons and/or things to equip the system with a mechanical safety stop device.
POSITIONING. With the ESD (ElectroStatic discharge) modes, the base must be positioned so that it is parallel to the bottom of the PMT and the distance shown in the figure below.
