Notification. The Authority for the Financial Markets, which is the Netherlands competent authority for the purpose of the Prospectus Directive, has provided the Italian National Commission for the Companies and the Market- CONSOB with certificates of approval attesting that the Base Prospectus and the Supplements to the Base Prospectus have been drawn up in accordance with the Prospectus Directive.
Notification. By submitting a DPML Application, DPML Customer represents and warrants that we are authorized to share information relating to DPML Applicant and its DPML Application. If DPML Applicant proceeds with a DPML Block, such DPML Applicant will be deemed to be on notice of the intellectual property rights of others in the TMCH. It is not our obligation to notify the Customer in advance of the termination or expiration (for any reason) of a DPML Block.
Notification. By submitting a DPML Plus Application, DPML Plus Registrar represents and warrants that DPML Plus Applicant agrees that Donuts and its agents are authorized to share information relating to DPML Plus Applicant and its DPML Plus Application. If DPML Plus Applicant proceeds with a DPML Plus block, such DPML Plus Applicant will be deemed to be on notice of the intellectual property rights of others in the TMCH. It is not Register obligation to notify a DPML Plus block holder in advance of the termination or expiration (for any reason) of a DPML Plus block. Register shall be entitled but not obligated to immediately suspend or cancel any DPML Plus ▇▇▇▇ that is in breach of the DPML Plus Terms and Conditions, Donuts Policies, or any other applicable law or regulation.
Notification. (a) The data importer agrees to notify the data exporter and, where possible, the data subject promptly (if necessary with the help of the data exporter) if it: (i) receives a legally binding request from a public authority, including judicial authorities, under the laws of the country of destination for the disclosure of personal data transferred pursuant to these Clauses; such notification shall include information about the personal data requested, the requesting authority, the legal basis for the request and the response provided; or (ii) becomes aware of any direct access by public authorities to personal data transferred pursuant to these Clauses in accordance with the laws of the country of destination; such notification shall include all information available to the importer. The data exporter shall forward the notification to the controller. (b) If the data importer is prohibited from notifying the data exporter and/or the data subject under the laws of the country of destination, the data importer agrees to use its best efforts to obtain a waiver of the prohibition, with a view to communicating as much information as possible, as soon as possible. The data importer agrees to document its best efforts in order to be able to demonstrate them on request of the data exporter. (c) Where permissible under the laws of the country of destination, the data importer agrees to provide the data exporter, at regular intervals for the duration of the contract, with as much relevant information as possible on the requests received (in particular, number of requests, type of data requested, requesting authority/ies, whether requests have been challenged and the outcome of such challenges, etc.). The data exporter shall forward the information to the controller. (d) The data importer agrees to preserve the information pursuant to paragraphs (a) to (c) for the duration of the contract and make it available to the competent supervisory authority on request. (e) Paragraphs (a) to (c) are without prejudice to the obligation of the data importer pursuant to Clause 14(e) and Clause 16 to inform the data exporter promptly where it is unable to comply with these Clauses.
Notification. The CSSF has provided the Commissione Nazionale per le Società e la Borsa (CONSOB) with a certificate of approval attesting that the Base Prospectus has been drawn up in accordance with the Prospectus Regulation.

Notification. The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier on 6 June 2007 has provided CONSOB with a copy of the Base Prospectus and a certificate of approval attesting that the said Base Prospectus has been drawn up in accordance with the Prospectus Directive. The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier has also provided CONSOB with copies of the Supplements to the Base Prospectus and the relevant certificates of approval, respectively on 12 July 2007and 4 October 2007. The Issuer and the Guarantor have authorised the use of these Final Terms and the Base Prospectus dated 30 May 2007 as supplemented by BNPP Arbitrage SNC in connection with the offer of the Certificates to the public in the Republic of Italy for the period set out in paragraph 9 below. Save as discussed in “Risk Factors” in the Base Prospectus, so far as the Issuer is aware, no person involved in the offer of the Securities has an interest material to the offer.
Notification. The Bundesanstalt für Finanzdienstleistungsaufsicht (BaFin), Germany, has provided the Commissione Nazionale per le Società e la Borsa (CONSOB), Italy with a certificate of approval attesting that the Base Prospectus and the Supplement have been drawn up in accordance with the Prospectus Directive.
Notification. Aux termes du deuxième alinéa de l'art. 7 de la LR n° 11/2004, le présent acte est notifié aux propriétaires des biens concernés dans les formes prévues pour les actes de procédure civile.
