Common use of Interest Basis Clause in Contracts

Interest Basis. In respect of: (i) the Interest Payment Dates scheduled to fall on January 20, 2018 and January 20, 2019, 6.00 per cent. (6.00%) Fixed Rate; and (ii) each Interest Payment Date (other than the Interest Payment Dates scheduled to fall on January 20, 2018 and January 20, 2019), USD- LIBOR Floating Rate.
