Common use of General Clause in Contracts

General. In case of any purchase being undertaken by us, Schaeffler Automotive Aftermarket Italy S.r.l. (hereinafter “Schaeffler”, “we” or “us”), any legal relationship between the Supplier and us is subject to the following terms and conditions. Conditions stipulated by the Supplier as well as any deviating agreements will be applicable only if confirmed in written form. Neither the fact that we do not expressly object to an agreement nor any acceptance of or payment for goods or services by us shall be construed as an acknowledgement.
