Further Issues. The Issuer may from time to time without the consent of the Noteholders or Couponholders create and issue further notes having the same terms and conditions as the Notes (or the same in all respects save for the amount and date of the first payment of interest thereon) PROVIDED THAT, for the avoidance of doubt, references in the Conditions of such Notes to "Issue Date" shall be to the first issue date of the Notes and so that the same shall be consolidated and form a single Series with such Notes, and references in the Conditions to "Notes" shall be construed accordingly.
