Effectiveness. This Contract shall become effective after it is signed and sealed by the legal representatives or authorized signatories of Party A and Party B.
Effectiveness. 13.1. These General Sale Conditions made available on BREMA’s website at the link ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇ are to be intended as an integral part of the purchase order proposal, quotation, Sale Order and order confirmation and applicable to the agreement executed with the Purchaser. Sending the purchase order proposal duly signed according to in art. 1, the Purchaser therefore declares to have read and accepted these General Sale Conditions, which shall remain effective until they are expressly modified, fixed or replaced by a written document.
13.2. No dealer, agent or employee of BREMA is authorized to make any changes, extensions or additions to these General Sale Conditions.
Effectiveness. Involves verifying the ability of results to contribute to achieving the purpose of internationalization, especially in stimulating areas of artistic/cultural research and new synergies (national and international) to innovate/develop high specialization offerings. The evaluation aims to determine how much the Conservatories have genuinely benefited from the results achieved by the project and the products and services produced.
