FORCE. Majeure means events that are beyond human control, including but not limited to sabotage, war, the issuance of government regulations/policies, natural disasters, riots, epidemics, fire, and inability to use the DCC Service due to the occurrence of "disaster" which, among others is caused by the Bank's equipment/devices experiencing a power failure, communication failure, or a system exposed to a virus.
