Common use of Media Streaming Clause in Contracts

Media Streaming. 22.1 Description: The music streaming (Apple Music®) and podcasts (Apple Podcasts®) and Spotify services offer direct and personalized access to the customer’s linked media library and features of the respective third−party music streaming provider and podcast provider, provided they are supported in the vehicle. After the initial setup, the PSM customer no longer needs their smartphone and can use the service with their withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. The burden of proof of exercising the right of withdrawal is on you.
