Common use of Assignment Clause in Contracts

Assignment. 26.1. This Agreement is personal to the Client who does not have the right to assign or transfer or sublicense any of its rights or obligations hereunder. 26.2. The Company may, at any time and in its sole discretion, assign or transfer to any legal or natural person any of its rights or obligations as they arise or are provided for in this Agreement. 26.3.
